Yes. Unlimited thoughts, unlimited semantic search and the map of thoughts are free forever — text never hits any cap. You pay for AI synthesis and the full 3D atlas with Munwyn Insight (or run syntheses on your own key with Munwyn Direct).

Yes. Ask in plain words — “what did I write down about that offer?” — and Munwyn builds the answer only from your own thoughts and links back to them, so you can check it. When nothing matches, it says so; it never makes things up. Free gets 10 questions a month, Insight 300, Direct unlimited on your own key.

Free is the core: unlimited thoughts and search, the 2D map, a 3D atlas preview and 500 MB for attachments. Munwyn Insight adds the full 3D atlas, the Sunday letter, contradiction detection, open loops, 5 GB and 100 AI syntheses a month. Yes — the company layer is called Munwyn Council. A company gets its own spaces, kept separate from people’s private minds, asks the company memory and gets cited answers, captures meetings, votes on decisions and connects to Slack, Teams, Google Drive, Notion, Linear and Jira. Contributors start at €19 a month; readers are free with no limit. See the Munwyn Council page.

While Munwyn is in testing, every new account automatically starts with everything in Munwyn Insight — no card needed. Afterwards the account simply continues on Free; nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.

A one-off license for the first 500 people: everything in Munwyn Insight forever, including 100 syntheses a month, for a single payment. It is sold only at munwyn.com — you can even buy it before creating an account.

The full app runs in your browser, and the native iOS and Android apps are finished at version 4.0 — the same features, folded into a phone. The App Store and Google Play come later; until then the test build is available on request. You ask for it inside the app and we approve each request individually.

Yes. Munwyn’s AI is multilingual and connects thoughts across languages; the interface, e-mails and notifications are in English and Czech.

Munwyn uses no tracking or analytics cookies. In the app you get a per-thought “Keep from AI” switch and a log of every AI operation. See our Privacy & GDPR page.

Munwyn is open and we grant accounts on request. Leave your e-mail and your first and last name; we approve the request and get back to you by e-mail — usually within days. We open seats in batches.

Yes — your data is yours. Export and account deletion are built into the app, and you have full GDPR rights on top.

Yes, and you do not have to ask anyone. Under Settings → Your data you can have a ZIP prepared: data.json for machines and myslenky.md for humans, plus your attachments. You close the account in the same place — a fourteen-day cooling-off period runs, and then everything is permanently erased.

On a server in Vienna, in the EU — the application, the database and the search index. Backups stay in the EU. The only exception is AI inference. The operator cannot see the content of your thoughts. The details are on the Trust and security page.

We answer e-mails within two working days. We do not have a status page yet; if something is not working, write to us and you will hear what is going on.
