Ask the company memory
“Why did we drop that client pilot?” An answer built only from thoughts you are allowed to see — with links to them, so you can check. When nothing matches, it says so honestly. Follow-up questions go right under the answer.
Meeting capture
A recording or a pasted transcript → proposed thoughts and decisions. Nothing is saved until a person ticks it. Transcription runs on our server, not at a third party. We never infer emotions or moods from voice — the AI Act forbids it and we would not do it anyway.
Munwyn reads what you show it
We are not a layer that pulls your whole company into itself. Each direction is different — and we tell you all four upfront.
A message reaches Munwyn when somebody reacts with 🧠 or 💡, mentions the bot or types /munwyn. We do not read channels in the background. In the other direction come morning alerts — a contradiction, a decision due for review, an initiative that stopped moving.
You connect a folder or a workspace and Munwyn takes it in batches, once every six hours, up to an agreed number of documents. Disconnect the connector and the documents are deleted. That is a promise written in code, not a switch in settings.
A decision becomes a task where your team actually lives. Once a day Munwyn reads back one single thing: whether it is done. Munwyn is not a second task list and never will be — a second task list always loses.
We transcribe the recording on our own server and show you the proposals on a confirmation screen. What you do not tick never exists. We do not analyse voice or emotion — the EU AI Act forbids it and we will not hide behind that.
We roll integrations out gradually, as each service approves us. Your company only sees the ones that are live.

Questions companies ask
What happens if the company stops paying?
Everything stays readable for 30 days. For another 60 days everything can be exported. Then we archive the space. We never delete anything without notice.
What happens when someone leaves?
Company thoughts stay with the company; private ones go with the person. Within an hour of leaving, a succession report is created — what they held in their head, what remains open. And they are the first to see it.
What if the founder deletes their account?
The company does not disappear. It switches to read-only, every member is notified, and an admin can take over ownership right in the app. Only if nobody claims it for half a year is the company deleted — and admins can download a full content export any time before that.
Can my boss see my private thoughts?
No. Never. Not the company owner, not the space admin — and not the operator of Munwyn. The private mind is private in code, not in terms of service.
Does it do SSO?
Google and Microsoft sign-in is always included, in every tier. SAML SSO and SCIM come with Council Pro.
Where does it stand with the AI Act and GDPR?
AI output is visibly labelled (Article 50 of the AI Act) and personal data processing is covered by a Data Processing Agreement. In detail: Trust & security, the Data Processing Agreement and How we use AI.
How much room do we get for attachments and recordings?
Storage is the company’s, not personal: 10 GB per contributor on Council and 25 GB on Pro, pooled and on one invoice. When it runs out, an admin adds 25 GB blocks (CZK 49 / EUR 1.99 a month per block, up to eight). Attachments on company thoughts and meeting recordings count — text never does. Members’ private thoughts are not part of it, and the company neither sees nor pays for them.
Can we bring our own key?
Yes, an Anthropic key. Council Direct means 40% off and inference billed straight to you. Bedrock and Vertex are not offered yet — we will say so here once they are connected.
